Had a large tree come down in a storm on my property, thankfully missing my house and only damaging my deck and fence. Insurance being the wonderful people that they are would cover none of the costs associated with removal, other than what was specifically on the deck/fence area. So I got a group of friends together to try and cut it up ourselves, and we did okay, until we got to the thick part of the trunk and our chainsaws weren't big enough to finish the job. It then sat there for some time, until finally I made the decision to hire someone to finish the job. John was the first person to come and have a look, call me with his estimate, and not long after we were setting a day for his team to come and get it done. I couldn't be there the day of, but John's team took great care of my property and had the job completely done by the afternoon. This is especially impressive given the state my yard was in, it was a disaster. John even waited for me to get home to have a look at the yard before he would accept payment, wanting to make sure I was happy with the work first. He even followed up a couple days later to check in and make sure everything was still good. Stellar service from start to finish. 10/10 would hire again, and 10/10 would recommend (and have recommended) to friends.

What can I say Clayton you have went above and beyond on this review :) I am glad we have the big saws to help you out in a pinch.
