I have done reviews on Philip and his PMT team many years ago so I will not repeat how good is their teamwork. However what I will say is that as an ongoing customer, I look for great customer service, good pricing with saving, and consistency, as main factors in choosing contractors. They have fulfilled all these requirements I have. Philip and his team have been assisting me with any unclogging and cleaning of eavestroughs and downspouts for many years (since 2017), and I am always pleased with their prompt and consistent professional services. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.

In early July, my air conditioner broke down on a hot day. I was recommended by a family member who happily used Forsaving before, to contact Max (manager). Max had his service technician out immediately to fix my old air con but I decided to install a new air con and a furnace as they were both old equipments and they broke down frequently. Max did not charge us the repair service fee on the old equipment. Max did an analysis on my home needs and offered options as we prefer Carrier equipments. The new installation was performed quickly in the next business day, and to date we are pleased with our newly selected equipments as recommended by Max. After installation, we had several personal requests to modify some unforeseen items, and Max and Forsaving honoured their Satisfaction Guarantee statement to keep their promises 100%. This is very important to customers who are looking for prompt response, consistent good services before and after the sale. I look forward to dealing with Forsaving in years to come.

I had two single garage doors. Back in January 2018, Chris responded immediately to a service request I made during a winter storm as one of my door was stuck. He resolved the problem the next morning. I also asked him to assist to replace a near broken garage door opener which he did. In late August 2018, I had problems with my other garage door old opener and again I requested to have it replaced. In both occasions this year, Chris was always on time with his appointments. He offered options to save money for me. In the end, due to the age of the openers, I had both replaced. Chris is extremely knowledgeable with garage doors and openers. He is fast and efficient in providing quotes and in getting the tasks done in the highest professional manner. He had the old ones removed and installed the new ones skillfully within a short time, offered ideas to save cost for me. Based on two favourable and consistent experiences with Chris, and his assistant, I have no hesitation in recommending Chris from Easy Access Garage Doors to anyone looking for similar service with garage door opener.

My eave gutters were clogged up and no water could flow through at certain spots. I had Philip and his team assisted me in the past year and the service was great so I decided to contact him again. He and his team of four turned up promptly and on schedule, and again performed the cleaning task in an orderly and professional manner. The way Philip conducted his business in such consistent and professional manner, and his team as well, are to be commended. I have no hesitation to use his service in the future, and recommend him to others.
