True Professionals! Continental Brothers did an amazing basement renovation for us! Not only is it beautiful in design, it is truly high quality right from the construction, the materials used and the finishing. The value for money was very good, most things were included and all we had to do was choose our style. This really helped to not have to run around comparing prices for vanities and tiles etc. especially as we have a young family. Victor is really great to work with, and his communication during the whole process was excellent. He really listened to our needs, guided us objectively to make decisions about upgrades by expertly explaining the pros and cons. He always kept us up to date with timelines so we always knew what to expect. Victor is sincere and honest and we never felt like this was just another job for him, he takes so much pride in his work. His team was also so hardworking, friendly and respectful and everyone operated with respect to COVID precautions. We would highly recommend Continental brothers to transform your home into a space you and your family will be excited to be in and will last for years to come!

This was the first house my wife and I purchased that wasn't a brand new build, so we wanted to do some updating. We decided to expand the master ensuite and also redo the second upstairs bathroom. The work required opening up some spaces and redoing the plumbing to move fixtures around. As this was our first experience doing a sizeable renovation, we were nervous. Vasily and his team were a pleasure to work with. Vasily walked us through the process, was upfront about costs and gave good recommendations for suppliers. He was accommodating of our requests to make alterations as the project materialized and we realized we wanted something different than what we planned. His consistent attitude that the customer is always right is what differentiated him from many of the other contractors which we had received quotes from, and ultimately what we felt was the best part of the experience working with him and the team. He was always responsive and reachable. We also appreciated that the team he works with were accommodating for the fact that we had young children, so they kept the house clean and safe during the renovations. Vasily also helped us with some unexpected problems that arose or minor fixes we decided to do along the way which was very much appreciated (eg. found mold in the basement which he removed and repaired the damage from a leak behind a wall). Overall we were very happy with the results and are now inspired to do further renovations with his team. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

SNG did a great job on my snow removal service this past winter. I appreciated the timely clearance and the text message alerting me to when my driveway was cleared. Overall, I would recommend them and would use them again.
