Found Omega Windows & Doors through a referral. Contacted them and dealt with Toli who spent a good part of an afternoon with us discussing options for a new front door. Toli was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions regarding removal of old door, security and aesthetics of new door, etc. Installation was a full day and I received a call from Paul on the morning of the scheduled installation. Paul and his assistant arrived and provided a pretty detailed description of the installation process. We were very pleased with the installation and Paul's attention to details. Overall, we were very happy with Omega and highly recommend them.

Saw a raccoon on my roof and noticed a spot where it may have had access to my attic. Called Louis after reading the great reviews and wasn't disappointed. Louis was available early the next morning and called to advise he was on his way. After a quick explanation of his services he confirmed the entry point, inspected the entire roof and inside the attic. He even pointed out a roofing issue which could provide problems for me down the road! He then provided some options including some additional areas that may turn into entry points in the future. At no point did I feel pressured to pay for anything I didn't need. He set the one way door and advised will return in about 10 days to have it removed. Overall I'm very satisfied with his service and expertise. Looking forward to being raccoon free from now on!
