Paul came out to my house to take on a very small job with very short notice. I needed to block a couple of floor joists and get one joist straightened which was twisted. The work was done in no time at all, all mess was cleaned up, and Paul made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Not only was the work first class, but Paul was an absolute pleasure to talk to. He made time to take on a very small job, but it made a big difference for me.

Interior/Exterior Foundation repair/waterproofing
We hired BFR to do some major repairs on our foundation. Collen showed up to assess the problems and to provide us with our options. While the work would not be cheap, we knew that BFR was the compnay we wanted to work with. Collen made himself available throughout the entire project to answer our many, many questions. Not only was our job completed ahead of schedule, it was also completed under budget. What makes BFR a phenomenal company to deal with is their crews have tremendous pride in the quality of work that they deliver. Marley in particular was someone that took extra time to ensure that everything he was doing was done with the highest of quality, and that we were happy with the end result. If you have any concerns about your homes foundation you have to give BFR a call. They may not be the cheapest contractor out there, but you get what you pay for. If you want peace of mind, a high level of quality, and great people to work with, you should contact BFR.
We had some siding and some facia replaced on the front of our home. The job was done on time and on budget. Overall it was a good service, however there was some garbage left on the front lawn after all was finished. Overall, the services provided were to my satisfaction.
From quote to finished product, Otto's was a total pleasure to deal with. We required some parging work on a window well in order to repair some crumbling concrete. The work was done with exceptional skill and attention to detail. I have recommended Otto to friends and family and will stick with them for any future masonry work we may need.
