The team was fantastic...we had a bit of an emergency where the drop from the new retaining wall was higher than expected, and we needed a railing for safety. Dmitri arrived in Etobicoke within 24 hours of our call, provided a very affordable quote (less expensive than buying components and doing it ourselves at Home Depot), and the entire solution was installed in less than 2 weeks. And we chose a sleek modern option that complements our pool enclosure. Super happy with the service and we will call you again!

Ron, Dwayne and the team were fantastic to work with! They visited our property in Etobicoke within 24 hours and had a written estimate and contract to us right away. The proposal disclosed all costs and components for the job, and when we discovered mid-way into the project that our foundation footings were solid, they reduced the quote (I actually had them do some additional work instead along our driveway as they were so pleasant and the communication was fantastic, that I reallocated work I was originally going to have some driveway pavers do for us). They also were able to deal with a very difficult neighbour as our job meant they had to work on both sides of the property line. We are absolutely delighted with the work that Paul and Rich did when installing a beamed ceiling in our dining room and crown moulding throughout our main floor. Paul drove across the city to personally quote on the job on the weekend, and then provided a very reasonable quote, plus a fixed date to have the installation done. When it came time to do the install, their work was flawless! Paul came by to pre-mark the ceiling so our electrician could complete the potlight relocation, and then Paul came back and completed the job in less time than anticipated, and was able to work around other contractors on our property. He was pleasant to work with, efficient, and the work was outstanding as he also touched up our electricians patch work so well that it barely needed to be painted. We've had a lot of compliments and I'd highly recommend Paul from Crowning Touch and Rich from Unique Custom Moulding and Trim-I wish I had known about them 10 years ago and not waited so long to do this project!

We recently had a coffered ceiling installed, and we required all of our potlights to be relocated, plus the installation of a chandelier box with dimmer switch. Antonio did a fantastic job, as he personally visited our site to provide a quote (which was a bit lower than other quotes), and then he worked collaboratively with our carpenter to ensure all potlights were perfectly centred inside the new beamed ceiling segments. He also took the care to ensure there were no large holes where wiring was fished a longer distance, and patched the previous work. He was a pleasure to deal with, and I'll be hiring him again!

She and the gentleman who did the templating also gave great suggestions on removing the existing kitchen, and working around our backsplash so it wasn't damaged. The end result is GORGEOUS!
