The technician was friendly and very polite. After examining the furnace, he told me in a gentle manner that my furnace needed to be replaced, the reason for the replacement and he referenced the law that applied. I got quite upset but he tried very hard to calm me down and was quite supportive. He showed empathy. He was an excellent representative of the company.
