I have had my fridge which I purchased from Peter Martin's Scratch "n" Dent. From the beginning I had issues with this fridge leaking but it being a scratch and dent there was no warranty. I called for a technician to come and repair it. A man came and said there was nothing wrong and that the pan that catches the condensation had shifted out of place. He left without correcting the problem. I assumed he was correct and when it leaked I would just clean it up and assumed it was normal. The problem persisted over the next couple of years. Recently I had new flooring installed and when the issue persisted I was pressured by friends to have it looked at again. I called Peter Martin's again and they sent a technician over, this time an older more experienced technician. He new the problem right away but refused to move the fridge forward himself as he was afraid to damage the floor as he didn't bring wheels with him. I had to arrange for my mother to be at the house a third time in order to have the technician back as I work straight days and can't be there during working hours. He finally came and repaired the problem. I had to pay twice for a technician to come out as I believed the first technician and waited so long to call again and was forced to find someone to let the tech in on 3 occasions. Not to mention that I had to purchase sliders to place under the fridge in order to move it forward to be worked on.

A renovation company had completed a floor renovation and was going to re-install the toilet when the found that the shut off valve was rotted. I have heard good things about Wm Groves Ltd. the arranged all necessary shut downs with the city and completed the job in a timely and professional manor all while I was at work. I opened the door for them and they made sure they locked up on their way out. They did beautiful work and cleaned up after themselves. I've used contractors in the past who left a mess. I would recommend and use them again in the future.
