I entered a request for a quote on a few small jobs through their website. Within 20 minutes they called asking if I just wanted a quote or I was ready to get the job done. I said I was just looking for a quote. They advised someone would get back to me shortly. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing. I can't comment on their work but their customer service is terrible.
