We needed a new washer and dryer when the old washer and dryer were no working right. The people at Sears know their stuff. In the past when we have had problems with our appliances (dishwasher 10 years ago) Sears was there to help even though we didn't purchase the extended warrantee. When it comes to appliances no one beats sears service
