Summary: I recently had the pleasure of working with MO Precision Roofing for a partial roof underlay replacement, new shingles, facia, soffit, and gutters with guards. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team exhibited the utmost professionalism and dedication. The quality of materials and workmanship was top-notch and pride of quality of work was evident. No rushing or cutting corners, they were highly respectful of property. Customer service was excellent questions answered without attitude, they went above and beyond to deliver excellence. Lastly, competitive prices for the quality of materials and work. In fact, I'd go as far to say that process are lower than some of the big companies that charge an arm and a leg for this level of workmanship plus charging for the initial inspection. The issue: After a downpour I noticed a large 5" water bubble on my kitchen wall that started at the ceiling and worked its way down the wall. Step 1 - Submission: I submitted the project requirements to HomeStars and in a very short period of time I received a phone call from MO Precision. Incidentally, MO is an acronym representing the partner's names. The interaction was very calm, friendly and understanding and he indicated they could swing by shortly which was great! I asked how much for the inspection and was advised, no charge. The reason I asked was I've dealt with other "contactors" who required $300 just to bring a crew of 5 to the site. So you're in effect paying all their salaries for the company to drive around in a truck and sit/stand around whilst the person in charge does the talking. So this was refreshing. Step 2 - Meeting: The two gentlemen of MO arrived promptly within a half hour as expected, we exchanged pleasantries and I presented them an overview of the issue. I'm a very good judge of character and instantly found them to be genuinely friendly and open-minded. I didnt sense any shady or crooked vibes, only sincerity and genuine friendliness and professionalism. One put a ladder up to inspect the roof and I took the other man into the attic for internal inspection. He explained why and showed me where the leak started. Apparently, an old air vent of very low quality had been pulled out of alignment, as we'd see on the roof by a raccoon. He also showed the tons of black mold on the plywood likely due to 60 years of bad ventilation and fume hood being vented directly into the attic. He suggested that portion of the wood by changed along with the shingles, but the rear end of the house attic was fine, no mold there. Honesty and explanation. No blowing the problem out of scope. We then joined the other fellow on the roof. He showed us the teeth marks in the vent. They advised that they only use high quality Broan galvanized vents that the racoons wont be able to move when installed 'properly'. Step 3 - Quote: We asked for a quote and received it after a day or two in order to properly assess the and cost the job, not just throw something together on-site just to acquire the job. We all know how the work-ethic of those types. We had a subsequent phone conversation. They took time out of their day to actually answer our questions and concerns. We also asked for copies of their Business Insurance and WSIB Clearance Certificate which was promptly emailed to us the following day. Step 4 - The Job: The project was completed on schedule, and the crew maintained a clean and safe work site throughout the process. At all work areas, the grounds were carefully protected with tarps and tools were not thrown about on top of vegetation. My patio and deck were likewise well protected. All work refuse was moved to the front of the roof and dropped directly into a bin. Everyday the grounds were well cleaned, swept and inspected for nails. MO Precision's commitment to timely completion and attention to detail is commendable. Due to the quality of work and materials, they provide a 5 year warranty, meaning they will be responsible for any repair or if any issue arises due to our workmanship. Conclusion: As stated in the summary, I fully endorse MO Precision Roofing and would hire them again in an instant for any subsequent jobs and will endorse them for friends and family as the need arises.

As per the title, Raymond of Crystal Drain & Plumbing responded to my service request very quickly. Raymond arrived promptly the next day and quickly, proficiently and professionally fixed the pipes. He's a very friendly and professional person and I wouldn't think twice about hiring him for future jobs and I am very picky about who comes in my house to perform jobs. There was no price gouging or any other such malarkey. I highly recommend Crystal Drain and Plumbing and especially Raymond. Cheers

We are extremely happy with the job Rick and his crews did redoing our main floor flooring. Rick and the guys were very professional, courteous and punctual as well as very approachable. The first "wrecking" crew arrived on time on the Monday and within 1.5 days they had the entire existing floor, including kitchen ceramic tiles. That was a big job and I was quite impressed with the alacrity in which they did it! Next, the second crew came in to start laying the floor and were done in a couple of days. Lastly, the fine tuning crew arrived to do the fine work of baseboards etc. On all accounts, I highly recommend McLaughlin flooring to do your flooring job, and a good one it will be. We still walk around staring down at the floor amazed at how great the floor looks and what a great job they did.
