We had a hidden leak and it took two visits to find it. Both visits cost about $300 ea. The the repair took a couple of hours and they then gave us a bill for$1800! We refused to pay knowing that this was completely outrageous. We feel sorry for unsuspecting seniors or others who simply pay the bill they are presented with feeling that they are "stuck". This company picked a price out of the air and any legitimate contractor would have charged a fair hourly amount plus fair prices for parts.
