Door Installation Review: Excellent door Installation - three doors in a single day. Larry did a superb job. He knew his stuff and the doors are all beautiful and compliment the cottage wonderfully. This is an update to the previous window installation. Window Installation Review: All window complaints were remedied. It took some time, approximately four months for all issues to be rectified. Probably five different service calls, but they stand behind their product. Which I feel is superior to other windows out there. Very, very disappointed with this company. Complaints are numerous: shoddy installation, inferior product- broken latches, broken windows, garbage left behind, inconsistent insulation- too much, not enough, unmatched trim, poor follow-up, nonexistent customer service. No one is taking responsibility for anything. Broken promises. Late deliveries. This was a huge order, every opening in the house. I would not recommend this company

From the initial telephone call to the sales department the entire transaction was professionally handled. The salesman came to our home, listened to our needs and presented the best scenario for our request. We didn't just want a storm door but a matching storm panel for the sidelight. Yes, it was something they could provide. Through brochures and sketches, all issues were addressed including screens, locks, haerdware, etc. The deal was made. Installation was a couple months later by a couple of seasoned fellows. We are very happy with the final product.
