I would be chattier if I wasn't very sick and feeling pressure to get your job done quickly and professionally. You called at lunch time and we fit your installation in the same day at 3:30, to fit your schedule, after you got home from work. We worked through supper and left later in the evening after doing a perfect job. It is safe to say you couldn't have gotten faster service, nor a better quality installation.

You didn't want to just watch, but told us you wanted to learn how to install a impossibly complicated commercial grade shower door, and as I said, you could watch 20x and still not know how to do it. We were already working late, aren't providing a trade school service, and distractions could lead to a costly mistake, which you'd no doubt expect me to cover if I made one.

I've had people in the past literally underfoot, and when I've backed up with a 3'x6'raw sheet of glass in my hands, I stepped on their feet. This is extremely dangerous for all concerned, and I have scars from exploding glass on my hands to prove it. I'm unclear what I or anyone else could have done more than we did for you to earn our typical 10/10 rating. Regardless, the shower turned out great, especially considering how crooked and out of plumb the walls were. We appreciate the work and thank you for calling us in!
