The ease of making an appointment, the fact that reminders are emailed, and also the technician calls when he is in his way. Once the technician arrived,the first thing he did was introduce himself and shake my hand, then listenend as I explained I was unable to take him to the furnace due to my disability, and was more than willing to follow directions left by my husband. He was extremely proffesional, and very friendly. He did his job in an acceptable amount of time, explained what he had done, and suggested any services he felt would be appropriate for us to have done. If it were at all possible, I would like to request this same technician every year!
