Dan and his DTM team finished a major renovation of my home at the end of 2016. This was something I had wanted to do for years but with hesitant due to previous bad experiences. Dan and team ware excellent! When Dan came to provide a quote I quickly realized that he was very personable, professional and so knowledgeable. I have an old house and wanted to mix the old with the new. I was finding it all very stressful trying to determine exactly what I wanted. Dan made it easy for me coming up with great design ideas then and throughout the project. Dan and his team showed up early every day and were very respectful to my neighbours. When we realized that the whole basement had to be excavated instead of partial he sat down with me and went through the budget to ensure I wasn’t greatly impacted. When I asked for a cedar closet in my basement before I knew it was built optimizing the space that I had. I went from an old small kitchen to an open designer kitchen by removing the wall. It is now a dream kitchen and I have so much light streaming through the main floor. Dan and his team built a beautiful fireplace adding an old mantel which blended in perfectly with the wood in the house. Upstairs and downstairs bathrooms built were all based on Dan’s suggestions and I was blown away with the finished look. Whenever I need help picking hardwood or tiles he was there to assist. The workmanship is in every room in the house and the front porch and back deck is superb. The attention to detail is impeccable. Not only was I blown away with the work so were my family, neighbours and friends. I would highly recommend Dan and the DTM team to anyone without hesitation.
