From start to finish, Andrew and his team were professional, courteous, and competent. The job was done on time, with no hidden surprises and the finished project was wonderful. We will use this team again if we ever need another renovation. After trying several different firms in the past, I can honestly say this was the absolute BEST.
Pot lights, wiring and a new bathroom electrics

I have bought lights for my home many times and overall have been very satisfied. Once had a very grumpy salesperson, and a second time bought back a halogen bulb that did not fit the fixture and had a bad time getting the correct one. I know this is the way with business when there are multiple sales people, but it was upsetting. Good overall selection. Could do with more contemporary inventory.
I love the selection in Robinson lighting - great help when I was looking to buy. But when I had a toilet seat that did not fit, the service plummeted. Several phone calls were unhelpful and unanswered and the lady on the bath fixture counter was downright rude when we finally went back in, toilet seat in hand as proof of our innocence. The service lady had an unfriendly, accusatory tone, and initially refused to acknowledge our problem. She needs a lesson in customer service. However, I would go back there - the store has the nicest selection in town.
