The whole installation experience was quite pleasing. From the initial on site consultation and estimate to the actual installation process. I had always been reluctant to call for custom closets but in the end not much more than do it yourself and saved the time of me doing it. I would highly recommend Closets by Design - they are friendly and know what they are doing. Will definitely call them back for the other closets that need to be done.

Furnace stopped working. The folks from Mersey were very quick to come over and get things working again. The 2 techs that came out were very knowledgeable and worked fast to get us heat again. Will keep them in mind if future heating/cooling work needs to be done.
