Complete a job left undone by another contractor
Called on Viktor after being left hi and dri by another contractor. Viktor was prompt and punctual in coming to assess the project and completed all the work required in over 10 hours straight. He was professional and diligent and very conscientious in completing the job. Thank you, Viktor....will definitely call on you in the future.
Excellent service prior to installation April 2022. Required them to swap out both gates due to flaws and to move one panel higher. May 25/2024 - Still waiting for this to be done TWO YEARS later after consistent requests and having to forward copies of my invoice, etc, etc, back in March of this year. Finally, in May 2024 was notified that this was scheduled for May 19...no time given. On May 16, I asked what time and was told between 9am and 6pm. Unacceptable. This was Victoria weekend and I indicated I needed a two-hour window as I already had plans but could be available between Noon and 4:00. The response was that the team would "be advised to arrive in the early afternoon between Noon and 4:00". So there I was waiting - no communication when I left at 4:15pm being late for my 4:00 appointment. Still no communication a week later after sending an e-mail and leaving a message on the telephone. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

very professional from beginning (sales) to the end (completion of job, warranty, etc)........came on time........used drop sheets all around my plants and patio............worked diligently...........cleaned up
