Where to start.... good, not great for sure. The sales rep was here for around 4 hours, showing me this and that and not really considering my time. Having said, I still bought. I added some windows after the fact, and that process was quick and all done electronically. Project manager that came to measure was good, nice and polite, and timely - yay! Set my install, crew was here on time, explained everything to me, covered the floors and furniture and really were fantastic (Edgar & team, highly recommend!). Then the issues started - 2 windows missing and 2 manufactured wrong + 6 of the 9 screens were too small and rattled when pressed (windy day that noise would drive anyone crazy). Project manager (MARTY) sorted it all out, and got the missing windows moving. Took about 3 weeks (not great, but ok). Second install was also good, foreman a little harsh on his team. Mentioned to Marty and he explained he is the best in the business but can be hard on his team when training... surprised any make it through training! Screens still don’t fit right, so we need the factory to fix, which means another visit... ugh. Getting tired of this ever lasting window install!! Service tech comes to install new screens and guess what? They don’t fit right.... now I’m irritated. Tech was great (Jacob) and he explained the error in measurement, and takes them to fix himself. Jacob was back less than a week later with the right size screens - FINALLY! Also he was kind enough to add some stripping to other some other screens that were slightly loose. (Thanks again!) Overall, the experience was decent because of Edgar and Jacob. Not overly impressed with the sales process or the manufacturing mistakes. Windows look beautiful, but yet to validate quality.
