Mark in Brantford in Oshawa

Do NOT purchase a home from Brookfield Homes. When there is a problem, it is a fight to get them to come out to do the repairs. We paid for an upgraded staircase. White pickets kept cracking but they fought repairing it. Finally, the installer came with replacement pickets and told us that he couldn't replace the pickets but the ones that we have they no longer carry because they were plagued with problems. Installing ALL of the pickets caused more damage to the wall which we repaired. Repairs to walls created more damage. Cracks in walls get repaired only to reappear shortly thereafter. Trim is done poorly, caulking is terrible. Post-purchase customer service is abysmal. I will NOT purchase a home from them again and I would warn EVERYONE to stay away from this company.
