Hydro Flush and Inspect Perimeter Drains
Over time we had been experiencing floods in our crawlspace, more frequently as time progressed. Drainrock Industries was contacted and they cleaned out our perimeter drains and did a video inspection. It became apparent that the outgoing drain feed to the city was plugged by roots. Drainrock was able to remove the roots on our side of the property line but it was apparent that some more existed on the city side. It was found a tree had been planted right over the outlet, which was the cause. Because Drainrock had discovered the problem we were able to call the city and they were convinced to remove the tree, root and installed an Inspection Port which cleared away the remaining problems.

This includes a hydro flush, video inspection and test hole. For Doug, this led us to locating a buried sump at the front of the home. From the sump we were able to clean around the home removing mud, debris and iron oxide. The outgoing line from the sump to the municipal connection backed up and when flushed and video inspected, we found an intrusion of roots at the property line. Our video inspection equipment sends out an electronic signal which is picked up by a locating device which proved the exact location. We had the homeowner contact the City who came out and agreed it was their responsibility and arranged the work necessary for a long term solution. We are very happy to help with your drainage needs.
