We had KC replace the siding on the front of our house. We warned him that the rain hit pretty hard there as it was Southwest facing. the work looked good at the time, but three years later we have a rotted sill plate because he didn't put flashing in. Also, he doesn't return calls. I tried several times right after the installation because the troughs weren't draining well.
