My floor buckled since day 1. The installer returned 3 x . My mistake was that i paid for this floor. I continued with my complaints and bottom line after many delays, stories, they would not offer me any option. They agreed the floor was uncomfortable and delaminated in 2 different spots. I got nowhere , but they got my money . Their motto to satisfy their customers is so untrue.

Very happy customer . Beautiful job. Very fast, very polite, very fussy , very fair and very reponsive. Anthony was a great co ordinator. I was always in the loop and i would do it again , outbeats 2 other local companies.
