Terrific service. Owners are very helpful at helping customers to choose frames. Will customize. Reasonalbe prices. I have had numerous pieces of art framed by Praxis over the years, and have always been very pleased with the result. I cannot recommend items to my mother so that category does not count for me.
purchased fabric for blinds and slip covers
The staff are incredibly helpful at explaining what type of fabric is best suited to your project. Staff helped me to take my fabric to my vehicle. There is parking at the sid of the store. Also, they have a board with trusted seamstresseses, drapists etc. so you can call for help with a sewing project.My mother can't get recommendations, that is why I put zero.

Pollock's has a good selection of linoleum. The salesman was very helpful. He explained what would not work on the kind of painted concrete that I have, and recommended something that will work. He offered to negotiate a price for the whole basement when I am thinking of getting the work done later in the winter. (note I can't recommend products to my mother so that is why it is at a zero)
window delivery and installation
The salesman Swen helped me select windows that were suitable and in my price range. When the delivery date was a little later than expected, someone from Gem immediately notified me. A small thing went awry during the installation, and Jim addressed that, emphasizing that the company is focused on customer service. My neighbors have Gem windows, and they referred me to Gem, and I am pleased they did.
