A leak had developed in our kitchen ceiling as a result of some problem in the shower/tub area above. AP sent George Tsakopoulos on time for our morning appointment. We agreed with George that it was best to cut out the damaged section of the ceiling for a proper look (the plaster/lathe had flaked badly anyway). George spotted several issues from this vantage point and after replacing the overflow cover, caulking a crack line along the shower tile, installing a new pipe and making adjustments to all valves, the problem seems to have stopped. He placed an access panel in the kitchen ceiling hole which actually doesn't look bad at all-we'll stick with it for the time being. Since we were going to bring in a plumber we also had him install a new bathroom sink faucet which has been a big upgrade from what we had before. The price for everything seemed reasonable for the work done. Happy to recommend George and AP.

We were shocked to find that part of a nut connecting the bowl of the sink to the trap below had broken off, leaking streams of water after an attempt at doing the dishes. Fadi sent Khalid over and he did a bang-up job, fixing the problem and doing an add-on with new strainer plugs that were needed. Never been disappointed with this Handyman Connection branch.
