Terrible experience, don't use this company. Had them come to service a dryer at a rental property I have. They came for the service call and figured out what the issue was. They got my tenant to agree to paying for the service call and the part replacement order. Without confirming with me, the person paying the bill. Then when I tried to cancel that and just pay for the service call, they told me there is a cancellation fee associated with it. All in all, terrible service. Don't use this company
