Kia first came by to provide a free quote, which is very helpful when it comes to budgeting for the work needed. Kia and his team were extremely accommodating and was able to schedule me in during Canada's day! This is a huge plus for me because I wouldn't need to take a day off of work. This team works efficient and fast. Got the job done in one day. I decided to call Kia because my original electrician broke stuff here and there, created numerous holes in the wall when he didn't need to, didn't know how to wire a 3-way switch properly, took 3 days to do hook up a couple of lights which would have taken Kia and his team an hour or two to do. I started getting stressed with the original electrician because of the quality of work; so i decided to call it off and go with Kia instead. Thank goodness I went with Kia. He explained everything very well and was very careful when picking where to drill the recess light holes. If my original electrician were to do it, i would probably have to call an emergency plumber to fix the damages. Kia and his team only needed to make one hole in the wall to get the job done, and was able to help patch up all the extra holes that my previous electrician made. Kia, if you are reading this, I'm going to be calling you back one day to do the exterior potlights! Thanks for all your hard work.
