We had roots blocking our drains and causing a back up of the sewer pipes. We called Roy, he came out the next day and worked so hard to fix the problem for us, including cutting some shelving that was blocking an access pipe. Not only did he fix the problem but he was genuine and honest the whole time working on it. I never felt like he was conning me or was trying to pull afast one . He went above and beyond to help us out and was pleasant and friendly. I can't recommend him highly enough.
