If i could give this company less than a Zero I would. This is the second time i have been forced to use this company as they perform GE/Mabe Appliance warranty repairs. They say they will call and never do. I stayed at home the entire day only to find out the Technician that had my part was not even working! this after 3 calls into the office with promises of "the Technician will call you as i have texted him." if you listen to their automated answering machine it sounds like they are all about customer service. The folks answer the phone by saying my "name is.......how can i make your day better?" How about by doing what you say and having the freaking technician show up!!!!
