I believe in Customer Service. I believe that it is the upmost important aspect of a business. Mistakes happen, schedules often run into glitches which may cause delays, accidents happen. But it's how a company handles those things that makes or breaks them. webhad an appointment for 11am Saturday. They were 45 min late, without a call to let us know they were running behind. The tech mis counted our vents (at an extra $10/vent), thankfully we caught that. BUT what got me to the point of writing this review is this. When they finished and left, we followed them right out as we had somewhere we had to be. When we came home 3 hours later our Carbon Monoxide Alarm was going off. We had the Fire Dept, then Enbridge at our home trying to get it safe enough for us to come back in. It was determined that the reason our home was so toxic was because Double Diamond ran the hoses through our garage with the truck exhausting right into our house!!!! The terms they used were "irresponsible" "novice" "careless". When we called to speak with Mike, there was no apology, acknowledgement of wrongdoing...or a single care for that matter. That is what is bothering me. I don't expect people to be perfect, but you put my family at risk, and didn't seem to care. I gave you a courtesy call AGAIN before I went to social media and you still offers no response. So, just as I would go out of my way to refer a company that does a great job, I will put the same effort into sharing my experience so another family doesn't get sick needlessly!!!
