Ryan and New Look Landscapes recently brought my somewhat unusual design to protect my spruce to life. He made excellent recommendations re landscape and step tiles and communicated throughout the project. The result is impressive! I continue to get compliments on the new look of my 70s bungalow. Their quote was not the cheapest nor the most expensive; it was very reasonable and they even provided a senior’s discount, which was much appreciated. Work quality was very good and Jen wore a mask and shoe covers when inside the house. Nice company to do business with. Will definitely recommend.

Mirand provided estimate in a timely fashion, provided a fair estimate and lucky for me Reliant Contractors were in the neighbourhood on another job so he was able to fix my chimney roof leak the next day! He explained what he was going to do and provided me with photos if before and after as requested. Mirand was professional and very personable to deal with. Ken completed refinishing and rebuilding two large decks couple of weeks ago. I could not be happier with the entire process. Work was completed on time and exactly how it was described. Ken communicated and consulted with me every step of the way from replacing few deck boards to rebuilding an entire landing due to severe safety concerns. We landed on composite material for the landing and the steps to prevent future issues. This naturally increased the cost which was approved by me. Very reasonable cost. When I asked Ken to consider additional work to close 3 small areas under the decks to prevent critter nesting, he not only did that using some leftover materials he had but did not even charge me for it! I have already recommended Gateway Outdoor Living to another friend of mine for similar work and will definitely look at hiring them again to deal with my third landing and steps in the future.
