Wow - Andy is the cream that has risen to the top in my reno project. I wish he could clone himself to replace others who have not met my expectations. Andy has surpassed them in all ways: fair pricing, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and top tier workmanship. I feel that my basement will be safe and his electrical work will stand the test of time. Due to the nature of my reno, he has had to return for different stages (roughed in electrical outlets for a new kitchen), install of a thermostat and cables for a heated floor, rough in for a future EV charger, replacement of ceiling lights, new LED pot lights and now I am adding a heat pump so will be having him return for work related to that. Basically, I love that when I come up with an idea for another add on Andy says sure (with a smile even!) and I am confident that the work will be done properly, quickly and at a fair price. Wish I could rate him higher than 10 out of 10!

John and his team are honest, reliable and do a good job at a fair price (not the highest, and not the lowest). Don Mills Roofing has been in business for decades and some of their clients include my friends and neighbours who are all satisfied. I am happy to refer them. John responded quickly to my request for a repair this week after some squirrels damaged a corner of the roof which was about a year old. The damage was just bad luck, it had nothing to do with the quality of the original replaced roof but I appreciated that John came out the next day after I emailed him and I am very happy it was fixed properly before any further damage could be done!

This was my second bathroom reno using this company. I totally trusted David to come in and do a great job. I have had many compliments on the finished product. This company has also replaced a kitchen floor as well as renovated another bathroom in the past. All work has stood the test of time and I have not had to have them return to fix anything. David is very hardworking, prompt, pleasant and "cleans as he goes" so I never felt I was in a reno war zone. I have recommended this company to others and will continue to do so.
