If you hear the heavy German accent of Raffi run. It has been over a year !!!!! and my bathroom is still not done. Raffi's guys never last. He showed me a beautiful home with a gorgeous vanity and I told him I wanted that vanity. That vanity sold me on him and he told me that I could have it. Then after delay after delay about 2 months into a 2 week job he admitted that the vanity came with the client and I could not have it. Then he tried to make me find a double sink vanity that would fit in a 52 inch area. Well I had a double sink vanity prior to the start. He and his guy made the shower too big and then they had a problem getting a vanity without going custom. You would think that he would have sucked it up and had it done. After all he used cheap tile and he even put a $6 toilet seat on, Frankly I don't know what the money went on. He was so nasty to me and told me to go find my own vanity at other bathroom stores. It was at one of those places that they told me of Raffi's error. We started in Feb 2010and only in November did he finally have a custom vanity made. I Just got my marble countertop in last week. All his suppliers tell me he doesn't pay them and he is their worst client. We had to threaten him with putting a lien on his business because they didn't seal the shower properly and now the shower is leaking into my kitchen ceiling. DO NOT USE ELITE, HE ALSO USES ELITE HOMES, AND ELITE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS.
