The crew did a good job of installing the system on all eavestroughs on our house. However, they left quite a mess around the house from cleaning out the debris from eavestroughs, which we were obviously not happy about. When our displeasure was voiced to a manager, he apologized to us and came out to our house the next day and cleaned up the mess. Our initial impression of this company was not good but after the clean-up was completed, I could tell that this was an isolated incident and very likely would not happen to the next customer. The fact that the manager came himself to correct our situation was very important to us and we can now say with confidence that this is a respectable company that values it's customers and appreciates their business.
