Recently moving into a new house, which is also a new build, we realized we had a mouse problem in the early fall. After calling several companies to help us we were becoming frustrated because all of them said they had a 6 month or less guarantee, meaning that the issue would still be an issue next year and the year after that. In addition, we didn't feel good about poisoning the mice for many reasons. I wanted the problem dealt with. After researching, I came across wildlife removal. They sent someone out for a small inspection fee the next day and he looked around the house (foundation, roof). I even asked if he would check the basement which is where we were seeing them. He did and explained that the previous homeowners had them as well. He was very knowledgable and open and honest about the work that needed to be done. We scheduled an appointment for the one way doors to be put on and to seal around the foundation, etc. The workers were in and out within 3 hours and we haven't seen any mice or evidence since. I'm glad to know that the issue has been dealt with for not only this season, but many to come. It was a lot of money for us as we had a lot of other expenses, but giving us peace of mind and protecting our new investment was worth it.
