Natanael and his team were excellent! We decided to reno our basement as we were expecting another child and needed the space quickly. Natanael responded almost next day after contacting him to get us a quote and it was the most detailed and most reasonable. Once we decided to go with him, he scheduled his start date within only a week or two and had people working here almost everyday full time to finish a week ahead of schedule. Natanael and his sub-contractors were all great to work with, accommodating, and practical. They always cleaned up, even going out of their way to thoroughly clean our old washer and dryer until they looked like new. Natanael was always in contact with us and we never had to chase him. The quality was great, and any issues we had were taken care immediately. We love our new basement and would recommend P & P to anyone. -Cory

Manny and his team were fantastic to work. We hired him to do interior waterproofing in our basement, install a back water valve, sump pump, and plumbing for a basement bathroom and laundry room. We were on a very tight timeline as we were expecting a second child and the work had to get down before any of the basement renos could proceed. Manny changed around his schedule for us and got it all done in less than two weeks after hiring him. He was also a great help in general for our basement reno outside of the plumbing offer some sound practical design recommendations. This is a team that goes above and beyond.
