My thanks to "Josh Drynan" for a job well done. The issue was a severely plugged air filter. Josh pointed out other areas of concern regarding some of the components of the furnace which we are having looked at in a few days. Josh explained in a simplified manner what and why some of these components have issues after 11 years. Great job Josh and thank you for your concerns and cleanliness. Hugh
