We've used Justin and Ted for a home reno project before and so weren't surprised by the quality and speed of service when completing our fence project. We're now 2-for-2 with these guys and continue to be very impressed with how easy they make the whole process. It took a few weeks from quote to completion. Of that, the actual project only lasted 2-3 days on site including demolition, rebuild and clean-up ... and would have been even faster if not for torrential rain. The carpenters were friendly, professional and respectful of the neighbours. They left the site clean when done for the day and had the dumpster cleared out of the driveway as soon as possible. And the fence itself is exactly what we wanted - clean lines, a uniform look and very sturdy. Thanks Justin and Ted for another quick and painless project. We're already starting to think about project #3 (a shed), and so another glowing Homestars review is no doubt on its way!

JT Construction Solutions did a fabulous job with our reno. We’re VERY happy with the finished product. This was our first big home reno and we weren’t sure what to expect, especially because we chose to live in the house (with small children) while the project was underway. In retrospect, I’d do it again without reservation. These guys were exceptional in so many ways: -The project cost was very reasonable. Whether it was electrical, plumbing, drywall or carpentry, we had work done on almost every room in the house – and some exterior work as well. The building got a major facelift, we had some structural work completed and did a full gutting/renovation of the basement. Given the scale of our project, I think we got much more than our money’s worth. -Justin and Ted helped us through many of the difficult decisions, whether it was a big decision like finding the best design for a dormer or a much smaller decision on where to place power outlets. -The whole process was well organized. We knew who was coming, what they would be doing and when they would be finished. -Tradesmen were extremely friendly and accommodating, and they left the worksite clean and organized before heading home each day. -Finishing details were handled with exceptional attention to detail; especially by carpenters, painters and drywallers who delivered perfection with straight lines and a clean look. -Most importantly, the whole job was done on time and on budget. Again, this was our first reno, but I hear that’s rare. We are now really enjoying our new space. It was well-worth the investment and we’re looking forward to using the JT crew again for our future projects. Highly recommended!
