We noticed leaking in our daughter's room over Easter weekend 2018. Needed to be addressed right away. Quality First called us back quickly despite it being a holiday and came out in short order to take pictures of damage and provide a reasonable estimate for work. Repair was then done within a day or two. All around excellent customer service and excellent work at a fair price.
