Last week we finally decided to install a new tankless water heater unit at my home at NW Calgary . I contacted the sales and was directed to Daniel, after long disscusion with Daniel we finally choose a product for our home. There were few hickups post installtions and were attended to immedietly. The service tech that visited us was Darren McDonald who was very thorough and professional in his approach to the issues. Due to the very good service I will be recommending Reliance as a brand to my friends.
