I had dealt with them in 2002 in the same house. When a room was remodelled the oak flooring had to be replaced but must match up with the connecting floors they had done before. They spent an extra day matching the stain colour to get it just right. They also worked on the weekend so the job would be finished when my husband was released from the hospital. But they went above and beyond what was required when a strip of the old floor cracked and they came back and repaired it at no charge to me. The company has very professional, friendly and accomodating employees and I would recommend them to everyone.
