I had positive experience with this tech 2 times already. By the rule of tum, my furnace broke both times in middle of the winter when was real cold out side. I can't remember specific time of his reply first time,only what I know is that repair was done the same day. Second time, just few days ago My furnace broke in the midnight, I left the message at around 7 30 AM, he replied 45 min later and showed up on my door steps 1.5 h later. I had my heat on by 10:30 am. 2 tums up. Highly recommended
