Ben fixed a leaking drain that was originally "repaired" by another handyman. He explained why the "repaired" drain still leaked, gave me a quote for the work before he started, and finished in about an hour. I now have more room under the sink and great peace of mind that the job was done properly. No leaks! Ben also took the time to explain other plumbing and heating questions I had about my new home. Terin was the utmost professional from start to finish. He corrected the installation (by a previous contractor) of the Telus PureFibre box on the exterior of my house. He fished the fibre cable from the outside through to the basement of my house to the electrical panel. All the work he did, inside and out, was secured neatly.
