The contract to replace the garage floor and install a new interlock /paving was signed on aug 2017 with the start date of work on September 10. The whole work was supposed to take about 10 working days. The work was to be done in two phases: replace garage floor in phase 1 and a new drive way in phase 2. The phase 1 of work only started in early October. Phase 2 did not start until early November and parts of the work delayed to the spring of 2018. Michael promises but is not able to deliver. He procrastinates and has excuses all too often. The company does not have own manpower (has part time crew) or the equipment (as he rents them). Michael also refuse to answer my calls or reply to my message. I ended up doing the rest of the work myself in the end. I will not recommend Michael and Ataz. Stay away from him and his company. I have never come across a contractor as dishonest and unreliable. It was really frustrating working with him.

Bathroom: replaced bathtub, tiles, flooring, toilet, sink , lighting, mirror, the faucets, cabinet and accessories. powder room, replaced mirror, and cabinet. The workers were very conscientious, focused, knew what they were doing, enjoyed working and took interest in the final outcome. The project was well planned and executed. The finished bathroom and powder are worth the money spent on them, and we are completely happy. I would recommend Ryan, Paul and their subcontractors highly.
