We had four area rugs that needed cleaning after a busy holiday season. Two of these rugs were white shag in heavy traffic areas and I wondered whether the stains would come out. Happily the efforts of Ben, his son Said and the people at the plant delighted us with not only their friendly customer service but also a magnificent result. We also added underpass where needed and reblocked a rug that had been stretched.
