He came out on holiday Monday in the early am to diagnose a leak issue that has been a issue for years, He was very pleasant and very thorough checking out the various areas and sealing carefully. We chose this company because the reviews. Our old garage door opener stopped working and we decided to buy a new one and have it installed. We emailed Albert and our emails were very quickly returned. We had an appointment later that week and he was right on time. Unfortunately he did not recommend the brand we purchased and did not want to install it as it was not a good make to him and recommended a better brand. We were only minutes away from the store we bought it and he said he could start removing the old opener while we returned and got a more reliable opener. By the time we returned the old opener was down and he put up the new one easily in an hour. He knows what he is doing and would definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone.

We have had 2 service calls from Enercare and both times the technicians were great. The first call was for the wiring of a new thermostat. The technician was very good at fixing the issue and offered some friendly advice about additional services available The 2nd was a routine yearly furnace maintenance. We have a plan that covers this. The technician was friendly and he told me the needed the ducts needed to be cleaned and showed me the dirt and dust and said it had probably never been done which I said was probably true as we have been in the home almost 10 year and never had them cleaned ourselves. The best part was he did not try to sell us or pressure us into any cleaning service, just recommend it be done. I thought that was great. We have no problem with Enercare a would recommend them any day.
