Our sand filter broke after only 5 years will no help from the manufacturer (Pentair) or the company that built our pool. Thank you to Michelle at Colonial that worked very hard to get us a new sand filter. During Covid19 shipping had been an issue but she called us twice a week to keep us informed. Our new filter was installed yesterday by Jason and Zach who were professional and polite and now our pool looks clear again! We have been having our water tested her for four years, all the staff are very honest and never try to oversell. Amazing job to Michelle and all the staff at Colonial, keep up the great work!

A great job, thanks to John the tech who showed up on time and was very professional. Fixed the problem quickly and effectively. Would definitely use again. Thanks RAND for a great job!
