Ben is amazing!! I had recently bought rugs off Kijiji and wanted to have them cleaned before bringing them into my new home. I searched online for reviews, and Toronto Rug Cleaning popped up with an extremely high rating on Homestars and Google, so I called. Ben said he was in the area and within 30min he was at my place assessing the rugs. He gave me a quote and said he would have them delivered by the following week. He had them ready two days later!! Throughout the entire process he was personable, knowledgable and clearly explained the cleaning process. Not only am I 100% satisfied with my rugs, but the quality of his customer service is something that we don't see much of anymore. Not only does Ben have a loyal customer in me, but I'm spreading the word!! Thanks again!!
