My wife is very picky when it comes to appliances. She wanted a specific type of handle on the appliances that was the same for the microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There are lots of paint stores to choose from. When we came across Standard Paint of Hamilton, the staff were different. They were very patient, not pushy, and extremely knowledgeable. Best of all, they had a brand of paint called Boomerang Paints which is a low cost, low VOC, recycled paint. It works very well! I was overly impressed with the staff at Standard Paint of Hamilton and would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs paint.

As part of my kitchen renovation, I needed to do a unique back splash. When I went to Stone Tile Decor they were professional and able to assist me. They looked at my kitchen plan and showed me a few great possibilities based on the layout and colour scheme we were using. Overall very impressed with their level of knowledge and assistance.

I was looking to redo the tiles in my front hallway. A friend recommended I check out The Habit for Humanity Restore to see if they had tiles I liked. The staff were very friendly at Restore and provided me not only with the tiles, but also tips and suggestions on how to make laying them easier. I was quite impressed!

We were looking to renovate our kitchen and needed a counter top. After speaking with the granite department at Costco they aided us every step of the way. They even came to our house with samples to view in the kitchen. Great experience altogether!

I needed to replace lighting in the kitchen and the Home Depot in London was great. They gave me an estimate of how much it would cost, and instructions on how to do it. I was very pleased!
